Anyway, outer sleeve got gathered and fitted to the lining, sleeves got fitted to the dress, and the tops of the sleeve caps not attached to the body got bound in bias strips of the teal satin to make casings for the first elastic to hold them in place, and then more twill tape instead because I didnt like how elastic made the whole thing sit on my shoulders
